RETURN POLICY

Soraya Mèliane will exchange or issue store credit  for fully priced items only. Items must be returned in its original condition with all labels and tags attached within ten business days of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging , unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

• Sale items are final. We do not accept returns on sale items

SHIPPING

Regular orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours.  

Pre-order items are shipped within 3-5 weeks of order date. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. Once the package leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible .

                                              International Shipping

Please note that we do not include custom charges in the shipping costs. Once your order arrives you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes for your shipping location.

We recommend you contact your local Customs office or tax authority before you place an order, as we are unable to advise you on the exact cost of taxes and duties.
